I arrived at service 8:20am for an 8:30 appointment. I'm a patient person so I went to the counter at 11:00 and was told they haven't looked at it because they thought it was a drop off. Needles to say I didn't get my truck until a few minutes after 12:00. Three and a half hours is a long time for an oil change.

My truck has been to them three times for tires sensors. Ever time they don’t have them to replace. Wasted a a day waiting on the truck. Poor customer service
