“They accepted the estimates from my insurance promptly - no delays due to parts or squabbling about labor charges like the other shop, my car was ready 6 days earlier than the estimated 2 weeks, warranty on parts & repair...informed me upfront on fees if using credit card to pay, to me the no-surprises way of doing things is extremely pleasing. Overall excellent work & courteous service. When picking-up, I did have to ask for someone to walk me through everything that was done on the car and someone did do that, probably most others don't look for this.”

Appreciated the timely, subsequent updates provided when the new tire delivery needed for the service appointment was confirmed (delaying original service appointment time). The video update sent via text once my vehicle was on the rack was very helpful.”

(It’s a Sport model and it’s always a struggle getting the correct parts. ) He personally tried a few pairs until the wipers were the right ones that fit my car - in the rain. Highly recommend seeing him. He offered the lowest-priced option first and made the experience so easy and pleasant.”

“From start to finish, getting a car from here was seemless. Anatoliy was pleasant and patient. He was very careful when ordering and building out my car. Kept me updated throughout the process and upfront pricing. When my car finally arrived, he set up a time for me to be in and out quickly with the paperwork but then took his time to explain all the features in the car. I did add the tire and maintenance package after some negotiating and Kathy was great also. overally, my experience was extremely pleasant. they know how to provide amazing customer service. “1/11/22NAPA (Flemington) is now my go to store for auto accessories thanks to Rob. I had really messed up my tires…overinflated, under inflated…and was beside myself with worry when I drove my car. I had tried at least three times to rectify the situation on my own but to no avail. I finally stopped in at NAPA and explained my situation to Rob, and he was kind enough to go outside in 14 degree weather to adjust all my tires. One tire was over 50! I know many will think this was such a minor problem, but to have someone help me without making me feel like an idiot was welcome. Thanks, Rob. A big shout out to you! :)Kathleen”
“I had my F150 in for new brakes (4). I was quoted a price of $75 each for front calipers. I was billed $130 each. I was contacted by customer service if there were any issues and I told them of this problem. I was told that the issue would be looked into. After a month, I never heard back from them and the issue still remains.
8 November 2014 The Service Manager called and made everything good. I am now satisfied that I received the attention that I should have had.”
“The Service Associates were friendly and eager to help. The maintenance job was done within 45 minutes while I was waiting. A little more expensive than I had anticipated, but marking that up to inflation. The one thing that I had a problem with was my hatch not opening when I pushed the release inside the cabin of the SUV or when I pressed the outside button. That started happening when I had to replace my battery due to age during the lockdown so it was done by AAA. It some times takes two or three tries for it to open and the car has to have been running for at least fifteen minutes. And of course it didn't do it when the technician went to check it. But that could be because I had driven for 1/2 hour to get to the dealership. When I got home, I pushed the button to open the hatch and surprise, it didn't open. Guess I'll just have to live with it. The dealership, while great, isn't really local for me, so I don't want to have to return. Otherwise everything was fine.”

180 US-202 Building B, Flemington“After reading so many negative reviews here, I figured I should note my positive experience (thus far) with buying a Kona at Fred Beans Hyundai of Flemington. I can always modify this downward if I have some problems in the servicing of my car, but hopefully I will not have to do that. There seem to be many factors on whether/if you will get a good deal from a dealership. If they have the car in the lot, if they're motivated to sell more cars, time of the month you make the purchase, etc. It can be confusing and frustrating for sure. All I can say is that Fred Beans was transparent with me on my trade-in (showed me the Kelley Blue Book Value, and then gave me a higher amount than what was listed) and took a decent amount off the MSRP. All as the initial price they gave me. This was without any haggling for anything. To check if this was a good price, I went to another Hyundai dealership near my house the next day. I told them that I had already been to another dealership and got a price, and wanted to see what they would do for me. The clowns at the other dealership low balled me on my trade-in, and took nothing off the MSRP. When I said they weren't even close, they wanted to know the deal I currently had, as I'm sure they thought that they'd match it and I'd buy it from them. But I wasn't going to penalize Fred Beans for giving me a decent price right off the bat. They were so far off from the bid I got at Fred Beans that I just walked out, very aggravated that I wasted my time there. So I appreciated getting a fair price from Fred Beans without any haggling. Maybe I could have gotten them down in price a little bit more, but when you were already significantly lower and significantly more honest than the other Hyundai dealership, I'm going with you.”
