Would've preferred to not need a tow off the NJ Turnpike on Presidents Day weekend, but appreciate the service and friendliness of the tower, Steven. Thanks for making an unfortunate situation a little better!

Melissa at the desk was great. The tall guy with the beard and the man with a mustache who towed my black Nissan off Exit 7 of the Turnpike were thorough, great concersationalists, professional and helpful.

I've had to call Haines Towing a few times and they've always been quick to respond. They're always pleasant and helpful, even when I'm having a bad day. I highly recommend their services.
