I knew what to expect and they completed the work a day early. I definitely recommend Carstar for body repairs. My car looks new, like it was never damaged.If you want great body work, Carstar is the place to take your vehicle. I've been to one other place because my insurance at the time didn't use Carstar and I wasn't satisfied on the pick up. I had to return it and still wasn't completely satisfied. I called them for an appointment to get an estimate and was told that I could bring the car right away.I met with Alexa and she assured me that they could deal with my insurance and get everything fixed promptly.Within 1 week, the car was fully repaired and all of the cost was covered by my insurance (less my deductible). “I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”

“These guys have always came in clutch when I need a tow, especially when the tuner shop I took my project car to had been giving me the run around I need my car towed back to my house immediately. Prices are very reasonable compared to what I get quoted by all the other tow companies in the area. I know I can trust these guys to take care of whatever I need. I would only recommend Birds Towing to anyone around Fort Dix. They take care of their service members when others don’t.”

My mistake for not knowing or even asking about the cost prior to dropping off my rim and tire to be changed.The tube stem was, as he showed me when I picked it up this morning, very corroded and therefore needed to be replaced (my bad for presuming motorcycles have tubeless tires).When I spoke to him about his charge being greater than my cost for the tire, he eased my concerns and we negotiated a price that I think is fair.He's a very personable guy,... yeah, I'd hang with him.Service: Tires”
