Terrible customer service. Sold inferior chairs plus warranty. Warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Store manager and owner would not replace chairs where seam opened. Warranty company claimed it was our fault...and were nasty. This after trying to rectify matter over the course of 7 months following purchase.... read full comment

I've been emailing and calling to get answers to my questions about a particular piece of furniture for a month now. When I call, nobody picks up and when I email I never get a reply. I guess they don't want to make money?
