“Small store with great selection and very well stocked. The parking lot was a challenge, but it is manageable. They had 2 registers open and a bunch of self check out lines. There were two guys in the tech department selling AT&T phones. They were a bit annoying. I've never seen that at a target before.”

“The customer service is phenomenal! We moved and the movers broke the legs on our dresser (well made, just clumsy movers). I tried to contact the manufacturer to order replacements and they were totally MIA. I called Creative Furniture and they reached out to obtain new ones. You can tell a lot about the character of a business after the sale is done, and Creative Furniture is truly there to help the customer. I highly recommend!”

“The Fairfield store has a newer customer service manager, Dominic De Palma who was a gentleman to deal with and effective at his job. He helped us with a sales situation we had and got it resolved quickly. The store personnel offered us options but in the end we decided we no longer wanted one of the ordered pieces and they refunded our money hassle free. The store sells quality products and the two sales people you should deal with are Lois and Rod, both honest and upfront about everything. Our furniture was built in the USA and came in earlier than expected.”
