“Place is good. Got that old school look, feeling and treatment. They jump on you soon as you come in to welcome you. They have a tailor present all the time on premises compared to franchise stores which they are there 2 times a week. Bought my suit and was tailored fitted to it. Bought the suit on Saturday and got the call on Monday afternoon that it was ready. Tried it on that night and fitted perfectly. This place is good for big and tall guys as well which is hard to find these days.”

“An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy.I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell.The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly.They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for.If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!”

First I was measured on their step-on machine and found I was wearing and buying the wrong size. It's nice to do business where the staff are more than sales people. You get service as well.”

“Sales galore!!PROS:Sale prices and hard to find items are found HERE!.Store and staff look very neat and tidy.Staff is 7 out of 10. Except the furniture dept. man referenced below, he's a 0.Staff don't ask to help and almost everything except the furniture, you can grab and go to the register. But if you're looking for something specific, the staff is welcoming and usually found at the register.Noah at the Echelon NJ store is outstanding. He was behind the counter and came out to help me as needed. He kindly wrapped my fragile pieces in paper and nearly set them in the bag.Cleaning staff (black woman) is great and social enough to make you feel seen.DEPARTMENT:Good PICTURE frame options, not great bc of higher prices.CURTAINS- Lots of vast arrays of options, from lace to sheer to patterned. Awesome selection and prices for curtains and blinds.CONS:Furniture Dept. needs much better help. The man( pictured, seated at a desk surrounded by furniture) who didn't acknowledge me or my son on 2 different occasions. Twice I looked around at the many options of sectionals and was never offered a hello or a, can I help you. Some of the ottoman's and other furniture didn't have prices, and I just left.Don't leave your flyer at home because the ones they had were out-dated & you can miss out on coupons.”
“Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.”
“This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. She was always around for assistance or to help with matching items, but never hovering. This store is the reason I still shop in person.”

“I just got a beautiful black dress, romper and cute pumps. The owner was super kind and helped me find a beautiful outfit for an event I have to attend this weekend. I had to bring my seven year old son and she was also very sweet to him. Very cute styles~ I said I felt like I was shopping like the celebrity housewives haha. “I thought the store was bright and welcoming, however very inconvenient when coupon information was not in the system that was earned. I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”
