The manager and her assistant at this location or such sweet young ladies..They actually made sure that my amount was correct and with customer service like that I know why PNC Bank is successful..Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I came in to get some simple information on the credit cards and tai knew absolutely no information and sent me in all the wrong directions. She was even yawning in front of us. The so called manager was not much better. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere just as I have
