“This is the best location of PNC. They bend over backwards to be nice. The thing I dislike about PNC banks is their inconsistency between branches. Their policies seem to be different according to each branch which is aggrevating. What is the maximum cash you can take from the drive thru? Runnemeade is $1500, Collingswood is $2400 and Cherry Hill is $2000. And they will tell you "It's our policy, this is the maximum at all branches" This is incredibly annoying. Also, if I have the $5000 in my account why am I given such a hard time when I want to withdraw it? I've been told I have to call ahead or that the branch doesn't have it? $5000? Are you kidding me? Your a bank and its my money. Anywho, this branch has zero of these issues, hence why I go here.”
