“I needed help desperately in order to get documents together In order to send in an application for an apartment. My house was sold and I was very nervous about getting this application done with documentation and needed my bank statements etc. It was near closing time. A customer service representative named Icohn Morressett helped me. He not only saw to it that I had the documents needed, buy he stayed after hours to help me through the process of the application and made sure that I had everything needed to send to the leasing company all the way up to hitting send on the application. I'm a 78 year old widow and was extremely nervous and emotional at that time and he made me feel seen. I'm waiting for a response from the apt but I can rest assured that everything was done correctly. I thanked him profusely and he said that he would want someone to be there if it was his grandmother. Thank you Ichon.”
