Worst bank in America. Terrible customer service they don't even pretend to care about or help there customers. have gone to this branch several times and they were just randomly closed. Today I went to make a deposit at 4:45 employees would not open the door telling me " sorry we are closing early hours vary" I tried to use the ATM to make a deposit but as usually it will not accept most of the bills so now I have to make another trip there. DO NOT GIVE THIS BANK YOUR BUSINESS EVER.

Endless waiting, usually only one teller window open. Even at peak times. Clerks are apologetic but the reality is BOA is more concerned with share price than customer convenience. Add to this closing branches, having to drive longer and then to encounter longer wait times. It’s pathetic. No stars really.

America’s most inconvenient bank! Deposit 2 checks in one day, account locked. Lose a debit card? Has to wait 7 business days for a new one to be mailed. Go in person? They suggest you do everything on the app anyway. Get a digital temp card to use until new card arrives? Can’t activate it. Bank of America blamed apple, when apple said it wasn’t an issue on their end Visa got blamed. There’s no accountability ever on the company. Not to mention if you pay attention to anything, they also lost the majority of our money and could go bankrupt. Takes forever to even find a phone number that will give you a representative.

This branch of Bank of America has always been very helpful and professional. I have had to stop in here a couple times to get hands-on assistance and the staff was very professional and helpful. They saved my hide more than once and I highly recommend them for excellent service.

I must say that I was very pleased with service I received today! I had an unpleasant encounter with the Voorhees location that was quickly rectified by John/Jaclyn. They were extremely accommodating and quite friendly as well as professional . Thanks for everything .

Very great people. I was at the closing of my home, and my lender wanted recent transactions of my account and stamp from bank to close. I went to the bank at 4:20 pm on Friday. Everyone was leaving. I requested someone for help, and she considered my request and provided what I needed.Thank you so much for your help in tough times.

Less than one star if I could!!! Try calling there for kicks. Can't get a person on to ask about anythig else than the canned mens they have. If you call the local branch, guess what they do? They direct you to the customer service tel# where you'll be on hld forever. When I had a mortgage with them they were just as terrible. The Fed should take a look at their servicing. Its absurb and ridiculous. Long waits miss information, getting transferred all over - its really the worst!!!

This is the worst bank. They are completely unfriendly. You can't reach them by phone and when you go in they demand you have an appointment, which you can't make because you can't get them on the phone! Then when you go in because you want to talk to a person and not an automated message, they treat you like garbage and make you feel as though you're bothering them. Not helpful at all. If you tell them that you have questions, they tell you to call. Great job. I'll go talk to your robot who can't answer any questions either but at least isn't so rude. Cannot wait to not have to deal with these people!

I decided to switch banks and go to Bank Of America and let me tell you, this branch is amazing. Juliana assisted me with my personal accounts, and Belen assisted with my business accounts. Between the two of them, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable at their jobs. Polite, well mannered and professional. I met the Branch Manager and very professional as well. He couldn’t happier to introduce himself to me and welcome me to his branch. I am looking forward to many years at Bank of America.

Do not under any circumstances give business to this location. They are simply atrocious at meeting the needs of the customers. I was just in there with 8 people at 11:30 waiting in line for a half-hour, one teller and 5 other employees and a manager walking around doing nothing to move the customers through their transactions. Just letting us talk to each other about how slow it was. When I asked the manager, one of the times he walked through the lobby jingling his keys, if the other computers were broken he said no and when I asked if there were other employees to help he also said no. When I told him this way of making customers wait is unacceptable, the manager 'Robert' told me "there were other ways of doing business". Implying it was my fault for expecting them to serve me in a timely manner. No, "sorry for the wait", or anything. So my apologies to Robert for expecting him to do his job, let alone doing it well. Trust me, there is absolutely no chance of that happening again with me or any of those other 8 customers that were in the lobby at that time.
