I was very pleased with the overall customer service of the dealership. My hats off to Dave who was my salesman. He was very detailed with his knowledge of the vehicle and was able to get me the car i wanted. He literally made this car buying experience one to remember.

Josmi was great to work with, we had very good communication and he worked to make everything really smooth from start to finish. Called them about a car, we made the deal right over the phone, and I was driving off in my new Kia two days later. Really enjoyed my first experience at Kia Englewood.
