I like that.Indicates that customers rely in this place.Brought in my vehicle for Brake Pads and Rotor inspection.Only needed all four brake pads, rotors were determined to be in good shape.Vehicle was brought in at 4:00pm and was available the next day by 12:00noon.Marcello, the associate at GAT was very professional and polite and I appreciated his honesty and good customer service.I was quoted what is a fair competitive rate and for that, I would definitely return for future service.Thanks GAT.Wil”

“My experience with George's Garage was actually great. I brought in a toyota camry 2012 5 months ago because as soon as you started speeding up, i could feel the transmission kick every time the vehicle shifted gear. Since my transmission got fixed, the vehicle has been running smoothly.”
“They have had my Porsche for the last FIVE months, and for the last two months, they have been promising to deliver the car; I have to follow up every week to find out the status, and there is a new excuse every time. I am dealing with a person named Jay. He claims to be the owner, but I have only seen empty promises from him as an owner. Also, his followup is terrible; I rate it 0 out of 5. Someone from my office or I have to call him repeatedly for a response. I would not recommend this place.After explaining to him that the lease on the car has already expired and that I am still making payments for an extended lease, he has no sense of urgency.Update: February 6 2024, Jay has turned it around and have gone extra mile for speeding up the process and made things right after this much delay. Good work on car.”
“Excellent and thorough mechanics. They will tackle the most complex mechanical problems with success. However, because the staff (two mechanics) is small, work is slow and you need to be patient. Steve, the owner is the nicest guy who takes great pride in the quality of his work. Highly recommended but be ready to be patient.”

“This is just the best and the most honest mechanic in town - I was quoted over $7000 repairs by Audi Emglewood for my 2015 A5 audi convertible- here the owner told me that nothing was wrong just few adjustments and he was right and honest — wait I am not done here - there is more - I own a business and I gave a brand new Jeep to my GM lady , 20,000 miles she goes to jeep Englewood Cliffs ( we’re we purchased the car brand NEW ) for oil change - they tell her that there a slush on the oil and it is about $3000 for cleaning and all - they start scaring her ( easy with a lady who don’t know anything about cars ) - telling her that the engine could blow up anytime - she called me in panic ( I the owner of the car after all ) I said “tell them to go F themselves and get out of there “ they were reluctant to give her bac the car - had her to sign a discharge and all , bunch of crooks !! - brought the car to to Eden - $67 cleaning and oil change .Ladies and gentleman we are surrounded by crooks — so, be safe and go to Eden Auto repair first - they a are honest and straight to the point”

“I have had a good experience using Bergen County Collision services multiple times with mine and my family cars. Alex and Natasha are friendly, responsive and people you can count on. Not only when you are a paying customer but also if you have some car questions and stop by just to ask. Like today I came down with my 4RUNNER and Alex spent 20 min under the rain to answer my questions and even more. He did not push me to fix my tailgate at his place, he did not charge me any money for taking his time and I felt comfortable to ask all I needed. “The blinkers on my wife's car suddenly started intermittently not working. She called the dealership and they wanted $100 just to look at the car. A family member recommended Phil's to me. He was very direct and to the point and described the problem in a way that both me and my wife understood. He couldn't make the promise to have it back same day due to the nature of the problem. Regardless he was able to come though within a matter of hours and fix the issue for an extremely reasonable cost (a fraction of what the dealership wanted just to look at the issue).”

“When I needed help with my ignition key lock I had it helped by the owner / mechanic. For the first garage I went to wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole, they couldn't be bothered. This guy did it $100 and did the job right. I still had to get a factory spec key on my own to solve the problem. But he gave me the right advice. Just be prepared to wait. He's all by himself to do the work. I'm going back to have him work on another electrical problem.”
