“The best service i seen. I went over with my bike rim to buy a new tire. They set up the tire within minutes in the rim and crazy thing. I am still can’t believe, the mechanic since i did not leave that far 3 miles away. He gave me a ride to my house. Above and beyond service.”
“Great bike shop where the owner is a very talented and honest mechanic. Based on a diagnosis from another bike shop I asked New Jersey Cycles to replace the fork on my Cannondale Super Six EVO. The owner of NJC had a fork in stock that was nearly an exact match to my bike so I left the shop with the understanding that the fork would be replaced. The owner called me about an hour later and told me that when he took the bike apart, he could see that the existing fork was fine and the problem was caused by a worn head set. He replaced the head set and in a little over a hour I had my bike back in great working order. I rode the bike on a 25 mile ride the next day and the bike was better than it's been for years. I highly recommend this shop and it is now my go to shop.”

“I brought two bikes to Bennett's for repair. One had a flat tire which was handled quickly. Unfortunately, the tire became flat again on my way home. The bike mechanic, Mike, apologized and said he missed a piece of glass. Then one of the owners came out and apologized. Within minutes I was on my way again. It is a reflection of the honesty and integrity - the culture of the store - that I was not told that it is a shame that I got another flat. No charge for the second repair. As a result, I brought in my Brompton bike which had been poorly repaired elsewhere. Mike had me leave the bike for several days. All the work was done PERFECTLY in only two days and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Bennett's to anyone who wants good service from a family business that values its clientele and its well earned reputation.”

The gentleman who I believe is the owner was very attentive and friendly and the price was reasonable ($25 for a tube replacement.). “Drew put a kick stand on my Granddaughter's bicycle & instead of bleeding me for money by repairing two broken bicycles for my Grandson he sold me a brand new bicycle lower then cost of repairing the two bikes. Not only that my grandson was struggling to ride the old bikes & Drew informed me they were too small for him. The children were thrilled with the addition of a kick stand & a proper sized new bicycle. They said it was the BEST DAY EVER!!!I would highly recommend Andy’s Cycle Center to fit every budget. “My husband and I drove to New Jersey Cycle from out of state because they had the bikes we wanted, in stock. The owners could not have been easier to do business with. They even helped load the bikes on the car rack, made sure they were secure, threw in a few bungees and gave us cold water for the ride home. These are just plain nice people. We would drive back there if we ever needed repairs. That is how impressed we were.”
