“I brought two bikes to Bennett's for repair. One had a flat tire which was handled quickly. Unfortunately, the tire became flat again on my way home. The bike mechanic, Mike, apologized and said he missed a piece of glass. Then one of the owners came out and apologized. Within minutes I was on my way again. It is a reflection of the honesty and integrity - the culture of the store - that I was not told that it is a shame that I got another flat. No charge for the second repair. As a result, I brought in my Brompton bike which had been poorly repaired elsewhere. Mike had me leave the bike for several days. All the work was done PERFECTLY in only two days and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Bennett's to anyone who wants good service from a family business that values its clientele and its well earned reputation.”
