“We switched from a different carrier to TMobile. Luis assisted us at the store. He was very sweet and helpful. A few problems arose during the transfer, but he figured it all out. And anytime he wasn't sure what to do, another more experienced associate was right there to assist. He kept us cahtting and entertained for almost an hour while we worked all the kinks out. Very pleasant experience. Hopefully it continues on with our new carrier.”

You need all your employees to take a lesson from him. I had issues with a customer service person and was ready to leave Verizon after 23 years of being a customer. “It was great experience that evolved from a not so great phone issue. Some how my phone disconnected from at &t because of a failed update. Then it was damaged upon updated via iPhone. I was able to connect with someone with a phone & at this point the phone simply required connectivity with the network. The associates were very helpful & polite to my children & ensure we were satisfied with the service they provide. They also were able to fix the issue with the phone quickly & creatively. It was a Much appreciated visit from those two gentlemen at this particularly store!
