“Had a great experience at Galloway AT&T on Saturday Feb 11. Richard Gibson & Latrell were very helpful and looking to get best deal done for me. They gave me great advise on plans and how to save best bang for your buckWent back following day Sunday Feb 12 so my son could get a new phone. Had total opposite experience. Knew I should have turned around. We had pleasure of Michael Malore. Michael keep pushing his pitch about direct TV. I let him know I had no interest numerous times. Had a lot of issues previously with AT&T Direct TV. His response was “we are taught to get three no from customer”. I asked for his supervisor. Told me he can’t give out there number.I applaud Richard & Latrell for their customer service.”
