Ricardo made transferring from my iphone 12 to the 15 very easy. Helped through the entire process was out of the store within an hour.

We finally decided to upgrade our phones and visited this Verizon store last Friday as it’s close from our house. Mr. Smerlyn took cake of us everything including the transfer of data from old phone to new one. It was such a pleasant experience. It’s located in a small shopping square and lots of parking spaces.
