“I always have the most pleasant experience when I step into this branch. The team is always friendly and greets me when I enter. I had to take the time to write this review specifically for the recent experience I had with Tony, the store manager. I came in to do an international wire transfer to a tour guide in Egypt, and my nerves were through the roof 1) because I've never wired money before 2) it was a large amount and 3) I've heard so many horror stories of wiring scams and the risks involved. Tony reassured me throughout the whole process, walked me through everything, told me what I needed, and flagged some items that we absolutely needed to make sure we had correct. On top of that, he meticulously cross-referenced every detail, I can't thank him enough for the way he managed the transaction. I left the bank with a ton of weight lifted off my shoulder...and this cute water bottle!”
“The staff is very friendly and helpful at this branch. They return your call quickly if you have any concerns and tries to resolve the matter. They usually remember all their clients which I think is so sweet. They make you feel at home and are down to earth. Kudos to jackie, Maria, Marshall and Larry. Place is clean. They do have drive thru if you're concerned about going in during covid.”
