“I have a ‘07 Accura TL. I have been going to Serge for 2 years now. I will literally never go to anyone else, he’s so reliable, literally diagnosis my car and fixes it the SAME day, and always prices me fairly of what the repair costs. And I NEVER have to go back twice for the same repair!!! Ever!! My cars just old and different things break at different times. He explains everything to you that’s broken, he’ll tell you what may need to be fixed in the future, or if something NEEDS to be repaired or if you can wait a while, if a temporary fix can work right now or if the long-term fix is crucial ( if you’re on a budget this is crucial for a lot of people).He has fixed so many things for me; oil leak, an axle fix, alternator, brakes & rotors, air conditioner, and probably more that I can’t think of off the top of my head.That’s all, if you need a reliable mechanic go to Serge!! ☺️Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“My muffler clamp broke off on Rte 18 this afternoon and I fortunately pulled into SRG for assistance. The owner and mechanic (Larry) were quick to help. They were professional, honest and promptly explained the situation with my Audi and were able to replace the clamp and reinstall the muffler. They charged a fair and incredibly reasonable fee. “We went for travel information and were able to sit down with Nicole. We gave very specific details about what we wanted on this trip. Nicole took notes and restated what we wanted. She then printed out an itinerary with flights, cars and hotels. Unfortunately, when we got home and looked it all over, many errors were made. We wanted nonstop flights yet were quoted on flights with 1 stop layover. Car rental was also incorrect. We had to book it all ourselves separately. Office was clean and staff were very nice”

“I has a flat tire with a nail in it, I thought they could fix it but I was advised by Omar that the tire is pretty bad and needs to be replaced. He made the call to have a tire delivered and had it installed in over an hour. So, even though the cost was a little pricey becuase at Walmart it would have been cheaper, I was happy with the promptness, fast service and overall, the convenience of getting it done the same day and the right way. Sometimes is not worthwhile to try to save some money somewhere else but waiting for days and wasting time. Too much hassle to go through.”
