He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.
In all, we were very satisfied with the experience.”

“Sanjib Das provided excellent service when I purchased my new phone. He even stayed after his shift was over to complete my transaction, and checked in with me at home to make sure there were no issues with my new phone. When I returned to the store the next day with some questions about my new phone, he patiently answered them, even though the store was busy and he was working alone. All in all, he was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with!”

These two were so kind and diligent in helping me to update my very old phone to a new one. Sometimes customer service jobs are thankless and arduous experiences for everyone involved, but these two were gems today. Aleudys gave me all of the information needed to make a wise decision in my update and patiently guided me through the transfer process.
