Had an appointment Saturday July 10, they did not show up or even call, it's been a week now. Being busy is one thing, not following the simplest of good business practices is another. Like showing up, or calling if you can't make it to reschedule.

Honestly, every pool company I called blew me off... except for Ed Naso. He called me back promptly, answered all my questions scheduled a visit and advised me on what to do before hand so his visit shouldn't be a waste of time.
