“We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.
One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.
Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”

They took the car within minutes of bringing in it, and brought it out after decent amount ofTime. They have a nice waiting area with a few amenities such as drinks and coffee and snacks. When the car came back from the detail, the detailer came out and explained everything that he did and any recommendations he has for the car in the future . 100% worth the price and wait. Highly recommend, best service and best work I’ve ever seen at an auto spa. They take their time on their jobs and show such true craftsmanship. Where they really shine is their customer service. They could not make the process any easier. Everyone is polite, courteous, efficient and professional. If your insurance includes a rental, choose Enterprise. They are a short distance away, and when Modern finishes the repair of your car, drop the rental off at Modern. They get it back to Enterprise. “Even though we have waited almost 3 months since the accident of our Tesla Model Y, today we finally got the car back. I have to say Benner’s really did the excellent job except the long waiting for all the parts from Tesla. It looks like a brand new car. They even cleaned it up inside out and offered a live-time warranty. No complaints about Benner’s, but many complaints about the service support from Tesla. Tesla makes great cars but the repair service is absolutely the worst. Thanks Benner’s for the excellent job.”
