“I had my right rear brake light go out. I went to the AutoZone this morning and the folks there (the very nice manager and the employee who was having his first day on the job) were very nice. They found the bulbs for me , and as I've read in another review, I drove around back and they were happy to replace it. I'd go back.Add 8/21/23 - I wanted to add to my previous review. I had issues with my headlights on my Subaru Outback. James and Josh replaced the lights and bulbs and saved me a good amount of money had I brought my vehicle to my mechanic to have this work done. “Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.”
