“Today I went to T-mobile store with my family and I has my 3 yrs old with me. When I was talking to representative Seyma (probably I didn’t write her name right, sorry about that), I heard a voice was saying “ Don’t touch me” when I turned around, saw a man saying that to my daughter. He was on the phone with someone and keeps using F word to describe that the 3 yrs old was touching him. I started to argue with the man, the store manager handled the situation very well. I wanted to thank the store manager again. I have been going that store for many years and They are always helpful, friendly and taking care of people.”
“I don't understand all the negative reviews... I've been going here since they opened and never experienced any of the problems that some of these people are complaining about... This store is clean and well kept for the most part... The employees are friendly and helpful... When this Walmart opened it wasn't small but after they finished the renovations it became much bigger... It appears to be bigger than the Burlington Walmart...A few things bother me in the parking area... First some of the customers are to lazy to put their carts in the corral or bring them back to the store... Quite a few carts are left in the Handicap parking area... This Walmart has a customer pick up parking area... Where the employees come out and load the customers vehicles... I think this is a good idea, that area has very wide parking spaces...”
