They cleaned it out thoroughly (including other gunk that was in there), got my phone charging again, completed everything in about 20 minutes, and charged me $10. What more can I ask for? “The 8920 Frankford Ave AT&T Store associates Larry and Mohammed are absolute GODsends!!! I had gone to another AT&T store (grant ave) and was given TOTALLY FALSE information which caused me to ALMOST return the phone and just stay with Verizon but I walked into this store was greeted immediately and asked how could they be of assistance...so I proceeded to explain what was going on and they both assured me that the issue COULD in fact be resolved and in FIVE MINUTES fixed the total cluster F&$k the Grant Ave associate left me with ..if you want customer service with professionalism and from people who actually know what they are doing GO TO THIS STORE and speak to either Larry or Mohammed, you will NOT be disappointed..they know their products and they are extremely knowledgeable about services offered etc. THANKS to these gentlemen I chose to continue with transferring to AT&T and AT&T is very lucky to have employees that not just know what they are doing but also do so with friendliness ....”
