Purchased a DEWALT sliding nailer. Went back and checked that instead of the nailer there was some ryobi saw in it , came back to the store to return it immediately with in a hour of purchase and Kelly in the returns section was very helpful to make a return and allowed me to get a switch on the item for me.

Personally, I much prefer a small, "old-fashioned" hardware store. These are few and far between. For me, Home Depot is far too big, with not nearly enough staff, and too impersonal. Again, this is my opinion.

They don't have the new refrigerators that came out with the smart screen in the front and customer service sucks because we can never find someone to help us.
