“This place always has everything I need for my dogs and it’s reasonably priced for us not having any commercial pet stores in this town but I’m giving them 4 stars because the older lady that works there is seriously so annoying and rude. Every time I go she has something to say, it’s always something with her! She’s always questioning customers in a rude way, making comments that I know she thinks are normal but are very rude!!! This is a great store but they need better customer service!”

“I’ve ordered from NOMY PET BAKERY before and this will be my second time. The ordering process is very simple and the service is great. My dog loved the cakes and small treats from them. I bought my dogs the three set cupcakes and she devoured them. I will be ordering a cake from them for my little one birthday. I’ll recommend this pet bakery to anyone.”

“I love this place every time I go there Marino helps me out with my budgies. He gives the best advice. He taught me how to get my budgies to trust me and to play with me. He even figured out why one of my budgies wasn’t flying treated the problem and now my budgie is flying again. What a great person he is. He really loves birds and it shows the way he treats his customers. Wish I could give this place 20 stars for excellent customer service. This place is blessed. Thank u Marino for all your help .”

“We have been using My Natural Pet store for a number of years to shop for our now 10-year old Long Coat German Shepherd. The store is excellent. The product selection is top-notch – products are natural, chemical-free and organic. When you shop for your pet here, you can be assured that they will get the best stuff on the market. Everyone is very friendly. Margo - the owner - is also extremely knowledgeable about every product and company that produces it. If you have questions or concerns, she always spends a lot of time with your discussing your issues and making great recommendations. We will certainly continue coming here.”

“Great selection of pet food, reasonable prices. The guy who is usually cashiering is really nice and sometimes gives me free dog treats. Never heard the owner have a conservative rant near me but that's neither here nor there atp because they are the closest and most reasonably priced place to get my dogs food. For the people who say they got expired pet food--do you not check the label when you buy something at the store? I guarantee petco et al are slow at shelf rotation sometimes. That's on you.”

“One of the few places that accept cats. They've always done a great job when I've taken my cat there. Only had one hiccup since I've gone there. Gave my cat a Lion cut when I only wanted his matting shaved but honestly I'm not mad about it. The staff have always been friendly and this is my regular groomer. Only complaint I have is that I wish they had better times to bring my cat. Unfortunately I can't always bring him because I work when they're available to see him. As far as pricing goes, last time I paid about $211 for a Lion cut.”

I have a chonky beagle and I was able to find a XL fitted jacket for him that is good material. Awesome customer service, reasonable prices, very affordable, dog-friendly.”

“So great. First time today and they were so helpful and attentive and so loving and nice to our dog. The wash stations are great and adjustable for height, which makes it even easier. The optional mud paste for shedding was great, and had a bonus of smelling like fresh cookies.”
“This place is amazing! My little tea cup Yorkie was scared of socializing with other dogs ,even the ones that are smaller than him. I was at awe when after 2 days at Daycare, Romeo (name of my Dog) was playful with other dogs during our walks. The team is great at using positive reinforcement and I love the pictures I receive throughout the day, especially of the bubble parties!!! The team is fantastic, always helpful and polite . They clearly love dogs. Romeo has definitely felt safe and loved and as a result during our morning walks he always stops to say hi!”
