“Booking was very easy once you submit a questionnaire about your dog's up to date vaccines. I expressed my hesitation to my natural pet because my dog is very often very timid with strangers and afraid of loud noises (the dryer) . To my surprise she was hyper and looked happy when they were done with her grooming. She even tried to go back down the stairs where they groomed her. It came out to $120-130, which included wash and dry, anal gland expression and cut nails. ( she is 70 lbs). In my opinion this was more than I thought it would be but we also never professional groomed her before, so not sure this is standard. However, I would Definitely take her back bc she looked very shiny, not stressed and they took their time with her because she is a shy dog. Thanks again!”

“Great selection of pet food, reasonable prices. The guy who is usually cashiering is really nice and sometimes gives me free dog treats. Never heard the owner have a conservative rant near me but that's neither here nor there atp because they are the closest and most reasonably priced place to get my dogs food. For the people who say they got expired pet food--do you not check the label when you buy something at the store? I guarantee petco et al are slow at shelf rotation sometimes. That's on you.”

“I love this place every time I go there Marino helps me out with my budgies. He gives the best advice. He taught me how to get my budgies to trust me and to play with me. He even figured out why one of my budgies wasn’t flying treated the problem and now my budgie is flying again. What a great person he is. He really loves birds and it shows the way he treats his customers. Wish I could give this place 20 stars for excellent customer service. This place is blessed. Thank u Marino for all your help .”

“The store had a lot of options for cats and dogs alike. It was not busy in there so I was able to free roam my dog while looking for a jacket for him. I have a chonky beagle and I was able to find a XL fitted jacket for him that is good material. Awesome customer service, reasonable prices, very affordable, dog-friendly.”

“Always go here for any aquatic related things - large selection - in my opinion better than the name brand places - but more importantly, there’s a guy there who REALLY knows what he’s talking about when it comes to aquatic life. The whole downstairs is dedicated to it and if you need something specific or need advice he knows exactly what you need. We were looking for an addition to our aquarium that would help with too much algae, he gave us multiple suggestions, showed us the animals, and told us which were most efficient. He was also completely right. It’s so much better to have that kind of help when you care about your pets and need advice!”

“One of the few places that accept cats. They've always done a great job when I've taken my cat there. Only had one hiccup since I've gone there. Gave my cat a Lion cut when I only wanted his matting shaved but honestly I'm not mad about it. The staff have always been friendly and this is my regular groomer. Only complaint I have is that I wish they had better times to bring my cat. Unfortunately I can't always bring him because I work when they're available to see him. As far as pricing goes, last time I paid about $211 for a Lion cut.”

“Pacific aquarium is a very organized and knowledgeable fish store ,if you bring in your fishtank water and its a little sulfuric or a little dirty they will tell you everything you need to do to help balance your water before selling you fish, for free?, other shop wouldn’t care to sell you fish regardless of the toxicity of the water.
