“After dealing with an ISP who has a huge monopoly on the Brooklyn market for almost a decade and finally getting fed up with the lack of quality and customer support, I decided to switch to Honest.At first I was apprehensive, as we usually don’t get many options for who our providers are. The speeds seemed too good to be true, and everything my neighbors said was great.However Honest delivered everything they said they would in a fast, considerate, and genuinely caring way.I was able to make an appointment for internet install for the same day I started looking, used a referral code from a neighbor so my first month was only $25. I called to confirm it was actually happening in a matter of hours, and I immediately got a real person on the phone who was super helpful and confirmed.Andy B. Was my installer and he was so nice, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about their service.I’m a software engineer and I work from home making a lot of video content, and I also play a lot of video games on the PC so speed and connectivity is really important to me. After he installed, we did a speed test and he determined there was something bad with (I think) the cat 5 port pins and fully replaced it. Next speed test we ran was 300mbps up / down on my WiFi and NEARLY 1 GIG on wired. I was blown away. I was also able to use my own modem and router and didn’t need to rent anything.I can’t believe how seamless it was, but the attention to detail and genuine care for the product and customer have absolutely made me a HUGE advocate for anyone considering the switch. Tenz provided me with an outstanding, professional, courteous and understanding customer-service experience in switching over my phone service and taking advantage of a special offer. I felt he really understood my needs and was able to work with me and make all the pieces fit.
Although my case required quite a bit of work, experience, knowledge and stamina, Tenz was super friendly and professional and stuck with me until all the i’s were dotted and all the t’s were crossed

Since I was already there, I asked if I could get the phone activated and transfer all the data/apps. The store manager, Gisselle, happened to be the available person to greet me and respond to my request. I didn't expect such a fantastic service. Not only she's super experienced and knowledgeable (17 years of experience in the phone industry), but also so patient and kind and just nice! The whole process and transfer took approx 45 minutes. So, I had time to chat with her, while she would come and go to answer to other customers, while my phones were in the process. In any case, the staff in some phone stores are known for being cranky. Not here!!! Just the best experience. Thank you.”
