“The pharmacist went above and beyond by helping us understand what we needed for our newly diagnosed fathers type 2 diabetes. She called the doctor, confirmed the meds and prescription , even the ones that were missing from his medication list and even hand wrote some notes for him on what the doctor said. She also helped us to save a little money with store brand items as opposed to others we had picked up. She was amazing! - It was the Windham NH location. I believe her name was Diana, per the clerk I called at the store today. She is truly an asset to the store ! And as a side note, I’ve always been more of a Walgreens girl, but I may need to give CVS a fair shake now. ?”

“Superb customer service! We have always thought they deserve a 5-star rating; but the new pharmacist went over and above! We were in an unfortunate time- sensitive situation bc another pharmacy had not only made a serious error, they were adamant they had not. I phoned osco from the other pharmacy and asked if he would look upsome info for us. He did, 3 min til closing. With his help our 15 yro got her inhaler! We surely will ensure that the other pharmacy is deleted from her records ! Thank you Albert Rogers and all at Osco!”

“This is my go to pharmacy. I’ve never had a negative experience here. My entire family fills their scripts here and staff has always been great and friendly. During COVID we got our flu shots and boosters here - friendly and timely when we booked our online appointments. The drive through is closed for a small window of time in the afternoon - but it’s very convenient to have this option. My photos and photo gifts have always been timely and picked up with a smile - even when I was having technical difficulties the person up front came over to help me edit one of my pics. I’ve been going here for 6 years - but I know I’ve seen people who have no ID or their script is more $ than they expected. This is not a pharmacy staff issue, so please before you leave a negative review be specific and honest with what prompted your negative experience. Retail staff has had to deal with a lot - and when there is a hand sanitizer issue and 80 people a day are popping in there heads and yelling across the store expressing their disgust that the store is not “properly stocked” (oh, and their car plates were from Mass, not NH) ; then your expectations are WAY too high. Let’s chill on being overly critical of perceived “attitude”. We are all just trying to get by, and any profession that is customer facing has been through the wringer. Let’s all try to be more patient and forgiving. As I said - it’s hard for me to believe that there are so many deserved one-star reviews.”
