“The BEST in the area. Stay away from Dracut, MA. Without going into a long winded thing here which I guarantee none of you particularly care about, let me just state that this location makes up for the incompetence you may have experienced at other CVS pharmacies. Something as simple as transferring a script from one store to another proved to be just beyond the capability of the pharmacists in Dracut (Megan) and after driving all the way to another location, Mr. Patel in this Salem store understood immediately my circumstance, pressed the original store for information, got the problem fixed and expedited my order all while I was at the drive through window. I was nervous waiting for a new script to be finally transferred and filled would take 45 min. Mr. Patel took the kind of care of me this company advertises. Kudos.”

“I am a Physician who specializes in Interventional Pain Management. I have prescribed compounded topical creams for pain for over 15 years with various pharmacies. Performix Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. Their topical creams are more effective for pain than any other I have prescribed. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable and go the extra distance for every patient. The pharmacists even call the patients to check up on them which is a level of service I have never seen before with any other pharmacy. Even patients who failed to get relief with other pharmacies' topical creams responded extremely well to the mixture made by Performix Pharmacy. In today's society where so many people are taking opioid analgesics for their pain, the use of topical creams is a welcomed alternative. For any prospective patients in pain reading this review, please consider asking your Physician to prescribe a topical cream from Performix Pharmacy, they are that good! If your Physician is not well versed in the options, the Pharmacists at Performix can make helpful suggestions that will help you control your pain.”

“While the front of the store may be a bit disheveled at times (ok, almost always), the pharmacy is the best in town. Adam the pharmacist is the nicest and most helpful around, as is the blonde-haired female pharmacist whose name escapes me. My prescriptions are always accurate and ready on time; they're the complete opposite of CVS in Salem!”

My family member stopped by as I was at work still, and they totally saved the day even though they were closing within 20 minutes!! Couldn't be happier with the nice staff that took my call, and what they did. I can't thank you all enough!”
