“I am updating my review for Baron’s several years after the first one. This time, Brenden helped me. He answered all my questions, gave me all the info I needed and got me ordered and scheduled for delivery without me ever leaving the house! This is the type of service we used to expect everywhere but is often so hard to find these days. Appliances are big-ticket items that require some knowledge and options. Thanks Brenden- great job! Also, in between these two reviews, we’ve ordered several other appliances. Each time, Baron’s comes through for us!(2020) Once again, Barrons has gone above and beyond! In this case, it was Jeff Wilson who spent time with us and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed to feel comfortable that our purchase was the right one for us! Over the past 20 years, we have always compared prices and service when we are in need of an appliance and always seem to end up at Barons. Our last trip in reminds me why! “As far as customer service goes - this is the best in the area for sure. If I'm having trouble finding something and I ask an employee, they take the time to walk me over right to the product. Im smack dab in between the Salem and Londonderry stores... a lot of Massachusetts plates always in the Salem lot, lines are longer, and because it's busier - people seem to be more impatient, and lastly, traffic in an out onto 28 is always congested. I've done curbside pickup in Londonderry and it has always been pleasant gone smoothly. I must have a perpetual perplexed look on my face, because as soon as I stand still and start looking around, someone comes over and asks me if I need any help finding anything.”

I asked him for help finding a inflatable I wanted to surprise my dad and I looked everywhere for it and this was the only place they had it and it was the last one but it was a display. Bill went out of his way to go up to the top shelf take it down for me he was so kind and patient and you could tell he really loved his job and enjoyed making the customers happy. 10/10 will be back I hope he gets the recognition he deserves cause he made it such a great experience.”

72 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen“Every time I go to this Home Depot I get the best service. We recently had to make a stand to hold a 11'w x 8'h stretchy fabric sign for a vendor display the next day. The person who ordered the sign fir got yo get a stand. Andy in the pvc fitting area was so helpful to figure what we needed and cut all the pipes for us. We saved a great deal doing this project ourselves and it was done so quickly. Thank Andy!Then I went to the lighting area to research smart light bulbs. Severo was kind to explain the differences in the many options and asked the right questions to figure which bulbs would meet my needs. Thanks Severo!”

“I don't know why everyones complaining about pickups not being ready in an hour when they don't understand the behind the scenes of getting orders ready. If you think you can do the curbside pickups better than the employees can, then go work there OR just go find your product on the shelf. SMH, they got Roadie and other delivery orders to fulfill fools. Do better with your complaints or don't complain.NOW, for my review.Mr.blackshirt CHRISTOPHER from Samsung was beyond informative and helpful on January 27th 2024 along with the dude who has a tattoo sleeve he was training. I think it was Dan? These two are Amazing examples of customer service who didn't get annoyed with us and just kept providing excellent service. Incredibly knowledgeable and informative on all electronic subjects. Radios, phones, Ps5s, pre-ordering electronics. I know they're technically a separate entity from Best Buy but they deserve some recognition. Thank you”

“Wow sitting here reading all those nasty review's, they all sound like "drama queens." Well this Is my 2nd review with 5 stars for the Store Shoppe and every employee I have dealt with. I bought my Harman Pellet Stove a year ago at the Epping location from the Manager John. Not only is he a great sales person he also has a great sense of humor. Actually all the employees at the Epping location are accomadating, helpful and friendly. So I had to put in for a service call for and was directed right over to Stephanie and my follow up call was with Danielle, both amazing ladies, also accomadating, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They set me up right away the following day for an appointment with both Travis and Tim. Again two amazing technicians. They also were friendly, informative, and both had a great sense of humor. I was very pleased and highly recommend them both. In the past I have dealt with Sean, Nate and Jake, all 3 of them are wonderful . So I look at those poor reviews and wonder why I had such amazing service all around. I have absolutely no complaints with anyone and am so so very pleased to have purchased my stove from the Stove Shoppe. I give a 5 star review for John, Stephanie (she's awesome) Danielle, Sean, Nate, Jake, Travis and Tim. So to the owner of the Stove Shoppe you are very blessed to have loyal, amazing and hard working employees. Keep up the great work you all do.
