  This bank has been consistently disappointing. I cancelled my account years ago due to the confusing policies and rude staff, and after visiting today for a simple request, nothing has changed. The employees were unhelpful and unkind, and I personally know many tellers who have left the company. It’s clear why.

  Ive been very pleased with the service from everyone for the 6 months I dealt with them. I would consider switching to Santander. Thank you Linda, Samantha, Valerie, David & others. See you next year
