“To be honest; most people would question why any one may stick with the same pharmacy for years despite facing insurance "hiccups," the pharmacy and store is rarely out of stock, above all else the staff here truly work hard and provide a consistently welcoming environment, providing assistance when needed as well as sharing up to date reminders regarding sales or available coupons, etc, last but not least their knowledge and dedicated service stands out as one of the best pharmacies I have ever visited: thank you Dante, Tragaige, Brittany, Arianna and Blake as well as all the other staff who welcome every customer in the store with all the same qualities as I shared of the pharmacy staff, keep up the great work!!”

“The BEST in the area. Stay away from Dracut, MA. Without going into a long winded thing here which I guarantee none of you particularly care about, let me just state that this location makes up for the incompetence you may have experienced at other CVS pharmacies. Something as simple as transferring a script from one store to another proved to be just beyond the capability of the pharmacists in Dracut (Megan) and after driving all the way to another location, Mr. Patel in this Salem store understood immediately my circumstance, pressed the original store for information, got the problem fixed and expedited my order all while I was at the drive through window. I was nervous waiting for a new script to be finally transferred and filled would take 45 min. Mr. Patel took the kind of care of me this company advertises. Kudos.”

“I don't use this pharmacy myself but I do bring my mom about twice a week.
The pharmacist and the tech seem to be the only 2 people that work at this CVS.
They both treat my mom great and they also answer any questions that she has.
I dumped 1 Star off of my review ONLY because they seem to be a little understaffed at times, which is obviously, no fault of the 2 workers there. Understandably, they do close for lunch, so you may want to check the hours on their website, before you head there.”

“My child left her medication at a friend's house and we were out of town for a couple of days. I called and asked if they could help with an emergency supply and they said to stop by the pharmacy. My family member stopped by as I was at work still, and they totally saved the day even though they were closing within 20 minutes!! Couldn't be happier with the nice staff that took my call, and what they did. I can't thank you all enough!”

“Just a great place to get mom’s prescriptions grab bread milk and my laxatives, customer service experience is amazing very nice and friendly but very knowledgeable about the product and it’s located in the store. You can get what you need and be in and out in under 3min. We have always really appreciated every CVS location in every city we moved. Pharmacy staff was helpful in showing exactly where the product was located in the store even suggested that we could save some money with going with the CVS brand and it’s the exact same product. So if you need your medication and some bread and a birthday card visit your local CVS you won’t be disappointed”
