CVS offers pharmacy services and a Minute Clinic for travel consultations, vaccines, and flu shots. Reviews note that some associates and nurses are professional, attentive, courteous, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, leading to a great and easy experience for some customers. However, significant criticisms are common. Many report long lines at checkout and extremely high prices. A major issue is with pharmacy operations, where the system cannot keep up with prescription demands. There are reports of medications not being ready as promised by automated systems, leading to frustration, especially for essential daily medications. Customer service at the pharmacy is sometimes described as rude and combative. The Minute Clinic, while a cheaper alternative, has serious scheduling problems. The system allows double-booking, creating long waits and backlogs that frustrate both customers and employees. While the medical care itself can be excellent, the overall experience is often hampered by operational failures.
Cynthia is my favorite Pharmacist. She is a professional, caring person. She deserves 10 stars abd cvs is lucky to have her. Ty, John

Great experience! I was offered and familiarized with the Flu Shot Process and had an easy checkout experience! I think to make it EVEN better would have every store to be like this one!

Long lines at check out. Extremely high prices for staple goods and the pharmacy section of ALL CVS pharmacies throughout the country cannot keep up with medication prescriptions demands.
