“I had forgotten what good customer service was like until I took my car to Hamel Brothers. They were exceptional!! From the time I walked in the door until I drove my repaired car away, they made everything so easy with friendly, customer oriented service. They set up the rental of a car and the rental was there when I dropped my car off. They kept me updated while my car was being fixed, worked with the insurance company, and best of all, the repair work was excellent! The car looked like it did when I bought it.

“Joe’s Auto is fantastic! This week I was having issue removing some screws off the hinges of my jeep wrangler hard door's, I was a a total loss. I took a ride to Joes and ask his opinion on what to do. He told me bring down and we can try to give you hand. I dropped them and I no time they were calling me to come pick them up, all the screws were removed, I was thrilled. “I WOULD RECOMMEND NEAB 1000%, NOT BIASED, PLEASE READ BELOW.I was involved in a car accident on 01/08/24. I owned my car, so I never had insurance. My car was towed to NEAB, i thought the police report would be in my favor but it turned out that I was at fault. Due to being uninsured I had to cover the cost of the storage at NEAB but I was in a huge financial difficulty and never had the funds to do so. One of the Saturdays I decided to visit the site and I met with the owner of NEAB named Steve, he assisted me with what I needed out of my car and I explained my situation to him. Steve was very helpful, and his advise was very insightful. He went on to the point of offering to cap my storage fee, if I had made a partial payment. The day we had agreed to pay the fee came but I was short on cash, Steve made it possible for me to get my car towed to my home by offering to reduce my fee to the lowest rate possible. You don’t see such kindness on a day to day basis. No one can imagine how beyond grateful I am. This lifted a huge financial burden. And I will forever be grateful, thank you so much and my God richly bless this business. I would recommend NEAB 10000% times, to anyone.Thank you once again.”

“Gave em a call, had a lil laundry list for them to do, they told me Wednesday dropped it off early and it was done on that Wednesday, they filled me in with info on why my car was running as funky as it was, keep in mind they did engine work, tire issue fixed, oil change, and diagnostics b4 all that in one day, staff was very respectful, and courteous, had no worries about leaving my car there (first time ever there fyi). 11/10 Highly Recommend to anyone who has had bad experiences getting work done. They will surely get any job needed done!”
