“This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.”
“We use Westford Ace Hardware store for a lot of our daily needs. At the Housing Authority, time is money. Having a great local Hardware store who is willing to try to carry certain items or accommodate us in any way possible. Both locations are great!”

“Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks. This is a true statement especially for this location. I came in need of a nut for my bike. Just before they closed *unintentionally just before they closed* and the employee took time and Care in helping me identify the exact nut I would need.
They went above and beyond and were full of knowledge and information.
Really kinda reminded me of my Dad showing me projects he was doing and figuring out what we needed. So it was cool. A great experience. Off the chain rating. Thanks Ace!”

“Great little hardware store and lumber yard. The lumber is actually straight and the hardware store has most items you're going to need. Way better than going to the local box store. Also they actually refill propane here. The propane filling station has nice wide access if you are in a large RV and you can get in and out with a nice controlled intersection via the rear exit.”

“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”

“No clue why anyone would give it 4 out of 5 stairs if they didn't visit it < see review below> I saw that and felt like I needed to give it 5 to more balance the numbers. I been there a few times and for a local hardware store way closer then the big box stores it perfect.
