“Only went through them once but good experience, Enterprise (Salem new hampshire) picked us up in a car they thought we would like. Unfortunately did not like SUV / Wagon thing. Needed something taller as in real SUV or Truck.Guy at the counter definitely understood and offered a couple other selections.We left with something that lifted us a little higher off the ground.”

“Upon entering, I was greeted by Shevonne, she was so awesome!!!unfortunately just my luck there were no gas cars. Except a chevy bolt electric car. Shevonne told me I was going to like this car. I being driving this car for a week and I really enjoy my rental car is sooo fast. I love it!!All men enjoy a really fast car.Great recommendation.Shevonne is who helped me and she was so hospitable and thorough. In Massachusetts sometimes good customer service is hard to find. “When we got there they did not have the car I reserved. They offered a upgrade to a significant larger upgrade but only had two options. We were going on an extended trip covering a lot of miles so it cost much more for gas. Thankfully we ended up loving the vehicle. On our trip we noticed a tire issue and did not want to trade vehicles. I reached someone in the S.C. area and was connected with someone from the service center. Their customer service was awesome. He made arrangements for us to go there and they changed out tire , did an oil change and sent us on our way. What was lacking at the location we picked up from was made up for the outstanding service on the road.”

“This is the best car rental agency in the world. Mike, the manager, gave me the kindest customer service and best pricing. I had a very complicated moving task after my parents passed. I flew in from California and because there was so much stuff in storage I needed 3 weeks of rentals including 2 box trucks, an SUV, and a one way rental. Mike went out of his way to save me time and money. I honestly felt like he was my big brother, or favorite cousin helping me out. He gave me great rates on the moving trucks and helped me figure out the most economical ways to structure the rental. When I decided to do the one way rental from NH to OK he gave me a wise suggestion to rent a minivan if I could get all the stuff I wanted in there, they ARE pretty big with the seats folded down. I'm so glad I did it like that but he was going to help me get a difficult-to-find cargo van if I had decided to transport some bigger items.All in all, 1000 stars. Kindness is what really makes the world a nice place.”

“Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.”
