“Firstly, (the reason I am even writing this review in the first place), I would like to shoutout the Target employee, who helped me very thoroughly, by the name of Tre. A couple of weeks ago, I had gone into this Target location because I was having trouble with my receipt being recognised by the Target app/website since the receipt hadn't printed properly from my trip prior. After speaking to multiple online associates, I had no choice but to go back to the store in person to try to sort the problem out. The first employee I spoke to did not try to remedy the situation at all; she didn't bother to even try. I returned later the same day and spoke to Tre who went out of his way to help resolve the situation for me. His effort was very much appreciated (especially after the discouraging and lacklustre performance of his colleague). Thank you, Tre! Aside from that, this Target is very well stocked and satisfying to shop in. I have been able to purchase items here that I have never seen in any other Target location before. As a frequent Target customer, this location gets a thumbs up from me!”

“It was refreshing to walk into a store with sales people who genuinely want to help AND know what they're talking about. Bought a washer and dryer six years ago and have yet to have an issue. Went back to Portsmouth a few months ago when it came time to replace all my kitchen appliances. Had a sense of what I wanted, but worked closely with State Street team to make sure fridge, range/hood, dishwasher, beverage center checked as many boxes as possible (price, availability, reliability, aesthetic). Very happy with purchases and experience.”

“I have never been to this Walgreens, BUT, she is one the pharmacy associates here and is the NICEST, KINDEST person I have ever met in a pharmacy. “Service has always been great at this Best Buy, however the last time we were there, we found the service to be lacking. We needed help and 3 different staff came up to see if they could help us, and each of them were more interested in watching other customers than helping us. It wasn't a busy day so there were plenty of staff walking around but none who approached seemed to really want to be there helping customers. Our experiences in the past have always been pretty good but not this time. Hopefully the next visit will be better.”

“As Executor of my friend's Estate, I needed to sell my friend's Apple I-pad Pro. Ali examined it, announced he needed to change the battery, and STILL offered me a great price!Then, the remarkable happened! I needed to purchase a new (Windows) laptop for myself and wanted to shop local. After examining my current laptop and really listening to me, Ali determined that a Mac wasn't the best option for me (I'm an aged android girl who is allergic to change), did some research and suggested that I purchase a particular laptop online that he thought better suited my needs than what he had for sale at the store!! I've now purchased that laptop and I am going to pay Ali to set it up for me when it arrives, because I trust him implicitly. What a huge relief for me and what a huge testament to his great customer service! HIGHLY recommend!”
