Thank you Tom for helping my husband and I in our journey to a healthier nutritional and exercise lifestyle. One day at a time we went through the 6 week challenge. Affirmation Health & Fitness is one of the best gyms around, not only do they work your butt off and get you a great workout every day, but every member in there becomes one of your best friends. Amazing staff, amazing members, just an overall awesome experience. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

Coach Tom is a mastermind of programming. He takes into consideration, all levels and capabilities of his students. Affirmation health and fitness is a place where athletes of all ages, genders, and capabilities can go to get a great workout and live a healthier lifestyle!

We offer group CrossFit classes as well as 1 on 1 personal training for people of all ability levels. Our emphasis is on the safety and efficacy of applying CrossFit methodology to people who desire the dramatically improve their health, fitness and overall quality of life.
