“I can’t express the amazing experience at The Verizon store on Lafayette road in Portsmouth. The man who waited on us Jordan Bizzocchi went way above and beyond and provided my brother and I the best customer service experience from any cellular store and quite frankly in general. He was nice EXTREMELY patient and beyond helpful. Was friendly and kind and literally spent over 2 hours answering every question we had and well as fixing the issues we had and just made for such an amazing experience. I’m so glad we went to this location and grateful for Jordan’s service. I’ve had not so great experiences at the other location and highly recommend anyone who needs help with anything to come to this location. Thanks again Jordan !”

“I come here every once in a blue moon and every experience is great. I cracked the edge of my samsung s22 edge to where I couldn't use it at all. He was super quick and efficient! My phone was done in 3 days (without having the part overnighted) and it's stunning. The sides that were banged up were also replaced!! The best part is, my car wouldn't start when i was leaving and he went the extra mile to lend me a phone to help me make phone calls to get home. I will ALWAYS go here and always recommend them. They are the BEST!”
“Huge shout out and thanks to Frank for helping me make a seamless interaction. I saved about 1600 dollars by tradeing in 2 old broken phones for brand new Samsung S24 series phones. Frank saved me money on my bill by going through my account and taking off features I had forgotten I used at one point but no longer use. Frank was working with another gentleman Tom who was pleasant to speak with. 10/10 will return to the North hampton store.”

We have been very happy with our phones and with the service that we've gotten from any and all of the employees at the T-Mobile store on Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth New Hampshire. Chris and Emily have been especially helpful during that time period and helping us to adjust. This has been our first experience with smartphones. “Firstly, (the reason I am even writing this review in the first place), I would like to shoutout the Target employee, who helped me very thoroughly, by the name of Tre. A couple of weeks ago, I had gone into this Target location because I was having trouble with my receipt being recognised by the Target app/website since the receipt hadn't printed properly from my trip prior. After speaking to multiple online associates, I had no choice but to go back to the store in person to try to sort the problem out. The first employee I spoke to did not try to remedy the situation at all; she didn't bother to even try. I returned later the same day and spoke to Tre who went out of his way to help resolve the situation for me. His effort was very much appreciated (especially after the discouraging and lacklustre performance of his colleague). Thank you, Tre! Aside from that, this Target is very well stocked and satisfying to shop in. I have been able to purchase items here that I have never seen in any other Target location before. As a frequent Target customer, this location gets a thumbs up from me!”
