The man who waited on us Jordan Bizzocchi went way above and beyond and provided my brother and I the best customer service experience from any cellular store and quite frankly in general. He was nice EXTREMELY patient and beyond helpful. Was friendly and kind and literally spent over 2 hours answering every question we had and well as fixing the issues we had and just made for such an amazing experience. I’m so glad we went to this location and grateful for Jordan’s service. I’ve had not so great experiences at the other location and highly recommend anyone who needs help with anything to come to this location. Thanks again Jordan !”
