I love the whole concept of SPENGA. It combines my two favorite exercises — spin and yoga — with a less favorite but necessary exercise — strength training — for a fast paced and fun hour. The strength training routines vary each day, working different parts of your body but keeping it fresh and unexpected. Highly recommend!

Great gym! I love that the format with spin, strength & yoga. The classes change up every day, giving you a chance to work on different areas of the body during strength & yoga is a great way to end everything. The instructors are all there to help motivate you & make sure you feel comfortable & welcomed!

I have finally found my "place" to workout! I have tried other instructor led gyms and didn't love going. In two months I have gone from 4x/month, 8x/month to unlimited sessions every month because I can't get enough. It is a solid workout but also a good stretch with yoga at the end. The instructors are all personable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Spenga is the perfect workout. I have been a member since it's inception in 2019, and it is the longest gym membership I have ever maintained. The workout is never the same, and there are many modifications if you need them; I always feel challenged during my workouts. The studio is incredibly clean, and the staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The only way to not be successful here is to not attend. Get yourself to Spenga!

I love SPENGA! I love how the class is set up as 20 min of spin, 20 min of strength, and 20 min yoga. It really breaks up the workout, which is great. All of the staff are so nice too! Highly recommend! :)

So glad I found SPENGA! I’ve been looking for a gym since moving to Nashua. I wanted a gym with classes as I feel it really helps to motivate me. SPENGA is a great mix between spin, strength, and yoga!

Spenga Nashua is great! On my first visit the first thing I noticed is it doesn’t smell like a gym! It’s super clean and sleek looking. The work out is amazing 20 minutes spin, 20 minutes strength and 20 minutes yoga. The strength changes every week so you never get bored! It’s always a challenge! 5/5 recommend!

Amazing staff is always welcoming, encouraging and motivating. The space is clean. This is a great place to go. It was recommended to me as a cross training for running. I no longer run but I still enjoy my Spenga!

Posting on behalf of Darlene Cooney: Spenga is a great "all around" workout. The 20 minutes of spin is tough for me personally, but with the coaches saying "you can do anything for 15 seconds" or "you are here for you, not me" it gives me the encouragement to push harder. Continuing on to rep, I am warmed up and ready to go. Revive is the best way to end the workout and continue on to the rest of my day. Spenga is the best!!

After three years of being in this SPENGA community I’m still as impressed as I was my first class. They have grown to be like family and after almost 500 sessions I can confirm no two classes are the same! The owners, instructors and even other members are just so welcoming, it’s nice to feel a sense of belonging whilst doing something great for my health (physical and mental)

This is the best group fitness I’ve been to in a long time. The spin session is amazing. Everyone has a different “sweet spot” goal makes every workout challenging but not impossible no matter what your fitness level is. For strength part is constantly changing, I’ve been at SPENGA since mid April and have not repeated a workout. They post the workout types on Facebook so you can plan around what you like the best. All the equipment you need is laid out for you and the instructors demo each move before and watch your form while you are doing the reps. They will also make other recommendations for you if you cannot do the exercise. And while yoga has never been my favorite exercise, it has helped me so much, since I am usually not sore after an intense workout anymore. I cannot say enough about the studio. The staff really cares about the place, it’s insanely clean and the staff remembers your name and your preferences.

SPENGA is a great workout class! All the staff members and teachers are very welcoming, friendly and motivating. Each day the endurance portion of the class varies to help focus on strengthening different areas of the bottom. The teachers do a great job demonstrating and assisting the moves and there is also a TV showing the task which is helpful for form during the exercise. Thanks Nashua SPENGA!!!

If you're looking for a full body workout this is your place! i love that in 60 minutes, I've accomplished cardio, strength and cooled down with some much needed Yoga.Each instructor has their own style which makes it fun and interesting. I love that they are always checking your form to make sure you are doing things correctly.Staff members are amazing, friendly and helpful. Give it a try, you will love it!
