Brand new equipment in the weight room; excellent trainers and staff; even the regulars are friendly and helpful. Overall, the best gym experience I've had.

Excellent staff! Very clean and welcoming. My step son loves swimming there and the teachers are so patient and kind. The facility is clean and the location is great right off the highway!

Solid gym with a clean pool and hot tub with nice staff to boot enough said. People are responsible and clean the machines before and after use. It's a bit difficult to find as it's located beneath the doubletree hotel. It has its own entrance.
