“Been a customer for years, usually everything is great,but last visit and I made my rounds got produce and headed to the deli. No one in line ?, couldn't have been more turned of ,the two wo.en working that day totally disappointed. Order ham and she took what she was cutting for the pre pack cooler and handed it to me like ok coincidence. Order my cheese she looked at a cpl different blocks and the other women ask what she was looking for and then literally threw a PKG of pre sliced cheese to her which landed on the floor then threw her another PKG of pre packed from like 3 ft away and lady #1 handed it to me. If I wanted pre sliced I'd go to the cooler and get it but I prefer mine thinner then what's usually pre packed. Throwing food to one another totally unprofessional and unsanitary. Next time if they're working I'll skip the deli and shop elsewhere.”

“It's a rite aid. Never seems to be crowded though.. I would advise if your getting any prescriptions filled there.. To COUNT your pills right there in front of them. My daughter has had problems more then once. Being short on pills..”

“I've been using Osco Pharmacy for years. This location took getting used to as I was used to the one in a smaller town, not so busy, not so chaotic. The staff and Pharmacist are great here. My medications are always filled and ready when I arrive. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Busy place and can get chaotic at times but with patience comes awesome service. “I use this pharmacy for prescriptions that get filled monthly and sometimes more often than that. The staff has always been helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and gone the extra mile to phone my doctor to re-up prescriptions if mine are out of date or in disorder which they often are. They are sensible and reasonable; I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for. I've never had a bad experience, and I consider myself something of a complicated/problem customer.”

“I recently had performed a medical procedure and was prescribed a few prescriptions that also required refills. My prescriptions were delay since my procedure was on a Friday and my doctor was out of office during the weekend and there was an insurance issue that required doctor override. I contacted the pharmacy and the pharmacy manager who answered my call was incredibly caring and helpful. She was able to ensure my medications were approved in a timely manner as I was experiencing severe pain. She was so friendly and helpful, I cannot thank her enough for being so diligent. I called back a couple of times during the following week to check on delay medication refills due to insurance issues again. For my last refill, I had agreed to pay cash over the phone since the insurance was delaying the process. When I came in I was surprisingly greeted by Inna, a former Walgreens retail employee who now works at the pharmacy. I am so happy to see Inna moving up in the company as she is such a hard worker and always so pleasant and helpful. She is so sweet as well! I was willing to pay for my prescription but Inna and the manager once again went above and beyond to ensure the insurance approves my needed medicine and helped me save money. I then, had the opportunity to meet the pharmacy manager in person and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was able toProvide me more information about my medication and procedure than my doctors and his nurse. I was impressed! Truly delightful person and very intelligent. I am very happy about my experience at The Walgreens pharmacy on Daniel Webster Hwy. The expertise and customer service is outstanding. Very personal and very caring! On my way out, I was greeted by the corky nice lady who works in the beauty department who is always so bubbly and helpful. She always greets me like family. I had just made a purchase online at Walgreens via pick up so I didn’t need anything at the time, however she was too kind to give me a couple of beauty products samples. Truly the best experience a shopper could expect! These 3 ladies really made my day! :)”

“Best walgreens imo. They go above and beyond for you and tell you the truth when prescriptions are ready or when they can be ready. My only complaint is if a prescription is early then you have to call in and ask to have it filled but they are always saying hi with a smile even if they have a bad day which always makes my day that even when things are rough you can keep smiling! Also shoutout to josh he's definitely worth keeping around makes walgreens awesome!!”

That’s not long!! Healthcare is busy! The guy pharmacist was very nice with all 3 of my calls! Answered my questions and we were done. I have gone through the drive thru to get my script and didn’t wait too long. Sorry all these people are having issues but these people are working hard.”
