“Obviously no one likes getting a ding on their credit, but I really dreaded calling this place because of all the bad reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I spoke with a woman named Kathy and she was very nice and helpful. I let her know that the hospital had not billed the right insurance and she looked into it right then she assured me that the hospital had contacted them and it would be off my credit report in 30 days. Kathy was great!”
“Surprised at how many bad reviews there are. Just because people had to wait a little? Even union banks, there's a wait. There's atm's right outside and they have a mobile app you can do most things with... ?anyways i think the people are super nice here. It only takes a minute until terry comes up to you to ask you what you need and to let you know they will be with you shortly, and they always are. Kayvan helped me with my account and was super helpful, friendly and got me in and out quickly.I don't agree that there's a long wait, i think the staff is just trying to be proficient which when it comes to my money, I'm happy to let them take all the time they need.”
