I request to notarize some documents. Bank teller rejected to notarize documents which they can do. But he rejected it. I will soon close 4 to 5 accounts which me and my family have with them. I will change to chase accounts.

Very rude staff. I just went to make a deposit and ask about something in their online banking. I was met with a very rude and unwelcoming worker. Every time I go in for something they don't offer the service or "no one is available today" to help . Super slow. Unhelpful.
