So I drive a mile down the road to Gunrunners 101. I've never been to this place before, but I was always curious. I walked in and spoke with, I believe his name is Bob, and this guy found a p226 xfive legion from one of his suppliers and even emailed his rep to have the pistol shipped out immediately on a Thursday. All because he wanted to earn my business as a first-time buyer. I received a call the following Tuesday afternoon that it was in! After filling out the paperwork for the background check, this man pulls out his cell phone to make the call right in front of me. He happened to be on a 1st name bassis with the person on the other end. I was in and out in 15 minutes! This man made the entire experience exactly what I was looking for. I just want to walk in order what I'm looking for and to pick it up when it's ready. A+ customer service”
