I got a pair of boots and I used them for one day and they were just the wrong size for me (my fault) and the lady at the front still took them back and let me exchange for a new pair! Amazing customer service.”

“I had a fantastic experience in Tilly’s yesterday thanks to Hannah. She was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in until the time I left. She helped me with the jeans and sizing (we were about the same size, so that helped!) They didn’t have one of the pairs in stock, so ordered the other online for me so I could still get the deal. I felt so welcomed and valued, and Hannah was so fantastic at her job! I work in another store in the mall and it was great to see those in other places being so great at their jobs! “These employees deserve pay raises. We’re here on vacation and stopped in at this location. The store manger confronted a guy (clearly a regularly because she knew his name) and asked him to remove the shoes from his shorts that he had swiped off of the shelf. She made sure staff and the other customers were safe and then chased him through the mall until security got him.”

Both the clothing and the jewelry are special and unique - you never have to worry about someone else showing up at an event, wearing the same thing as you!
